The Rolls-Royce Phantom has been unveiled in eighth-generation form (second if under BMW ownership) at a special event in the UK late this week. The new Phantom is slightly taller and wider than before but is shorter in wheelbase and overall length. Top speed, meanwhile, has been capped at 250kph even though Rolls-Royce says the Phantom can go faster than that (which isn’t the point of it). Although the new Phantom has been revealed this week, first deliveries are expected next year.
